Birth Support: Grounded, Evidence-Based, Heart-Led
Honoring the emotional depth, physical wisdom, and personal power of every birth—because it’s more than just a moment, it’s a transformation.
For me, birth is so much more than a medical event—it's a deeply personal and transformational journey. I believe that every birth is shaped not only by what happens physically, but by the emotional landscape we carry into it. The fears, hopes, beliefs, and stories we hold all play a role in how the experience unfolds.
When I support someone through their birthing journey, I do it with a deep respect for both the emotional and physiological layers. I take time to understand your unique story, your body, your mindset, and your intentions for birth. I provide a grounded, nurturing presence that helps you feel safe and supported—because when we feel seen and heard, we’re better able to lean into the intensity of birth with trust and strength.
My own path into birth work began in 2017, the day I gave birth to my first son. It was a complicated labour started by a medical induction and ended in an emergency caesarean, and I was left reeling—pumped with adrenaline, in pain, and grieving the experience I had hoped for. I had gone into birth believing my body was capable, but quickly realised that belief alone wasn’t enough. The emotional stress, modern lifestyle, and the lack of personal support in a stretched public system all contributed to a birth that felt disempowering.
Recovery was hard, and it made me dig deeper. I became fascinated by the emotional and physical complexities of childbirth. When I gave birth to my second son and achieved a VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) under a continuity of care model, I truly felt the power of what birth could be. Even within a hospital setting, it was nurturing, empowering, and aligned with my body’s rhythm. The contrast between my two births lit a fire in me.
That experience has driven me into this work—supporting other women in finding their strength, their voice, and their own empowered path through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I see how vital it is to honour both the emotional terrain and the physical preparation, and I bring this holistic perspective to every person I work with.
In our time together, we'll focus on what you need to feel strong and connected—whether that's to your body, your baby, or your own instincts. Whether you're preparing for your first birth or healing from a past experience, I’m here to support you in whatever way feels right for you.
Birth is personal, and my goal is to help you navigate it in a way that honours your unique story, body, and emotions.

My work is deeply informed by the emotional and psychological wisdom of Rhea Dempsey, whose insights into birth have shaped how I hold space for the inner world of the birthing experience.
I’m also a certified Body Ready Method Pro®, an evidence-based approach that dives into the biomechanics of birth. It’s helped me understand how our modern movement patterns and habits influence the birth process—and how we can work with the individual body, not against it, to support smoother labour and postpartum outcomes.
